The President, secretary and the treasurer together make the daily board. Additionally to that, there is a vice-president for both the men and the women. Together the board make sure that the association functions properly with as main concern, being able to play lacrosse.
The focal points of the board:

- Involvement
Lacrosse is a relatively unknown sport with the Netherlands. This means that the association itself is also relatively small, but nevertheless very close. The development of the sport and the association is one of the main tasks of the board. To ensure that the association is able to grow, the board puts their effort into creating a clear structure, document and combine knowledge, and to create a collective responsibility.
To make new members feel at ease as fast as possible, the board will give transparency about their policies and their execution. Furthermore, the board wants to give insight into what is going on within the association and allow members to contribute. Additionally they value an open atmosphere in which the member can easily start a conversation with the board and vice versa.
Next to playing lacrosse there are tons of fun activities organized by active members. Within the association there are various committees in which the board has a supervising role. The board puts in effort to increase the involvement of members within the association and to use the talents and competences of every member. Many hands make light work!
