Ready to try something new? Join us this September as we kick off our lacrosse intro month! You’ll learn the basics, meet your future teammates, and hang out with our lacrosse family for some post-practice drinks and fun social events.
It’s our 20th anniversary this year, and we’re going all out! Right after the first practice, we’ll reveal the Lustrum theme and give you a sneak peek at all the awesome events lined up for the rest of the year. Get ready — it’s gonna be one for the books!
We’ll wrap up the intro period with our Friends & Family Tournament – bring your own squad or jump in with one of the other teams! It’s the perfect way to get a taste of the game and show off what you’ve learned. After you sign up for the intro package, we’ll send you a separate form to join the tournament. Can’t wait to see you on the field!

- Three practices (Friday September the 5th, 12th and19th / 20:00 – 22:00 / @Excelsior)

The price of the introduction package is only €10,-! You can sign-up here!
Can’t make it to every session? No stress! You can decide to become a member of Rotterdam Lacrosse anytime during or after the intro period. Just make sure to sign up before Sunday, September the 28th for the season 2025-2026, since the first games will be played in October.
