De Rotterdam Ladyjags geven op woensdag 17 en vrijdag 19 april open trainingen! Tijdens deze open trainingen kun je kennis maken met de sport lacrosse en haar trotse beoefenaars in Rotterdam. Je leert gooien, vangen, stick skills, krijgt all-round conditietrainingen en oefent wedstrijdjes. Deze open trainingen zijn gratis en kosten je dus helemaal niets! Van de club kan je een stick lenen. Het enige wat je nodig hebt zijn sportschoenen. Op vrijdag de 19e zoeken we na training een feestje op in de stad! Het is niet alleen rennen en zweten, we hebben verschillende sociale activiteiten ook hoog in het vaandel staan!

Sticks up & tot de open trainingen!
The Rotterdam Ladyjags will host open practices on the 17th and 19th of April! During these practices you will get to know the game of lacrosse and the proud lacrosse ladies in Rotterdam. You will learn how to catch, throw, different stick skills, you will get an all-round conditional training and will be practicing match settings. These open practices are free of charge and will therefore cost you nothing! You can borrow a stick from the club. The only thing you need are outdoor shoes. On Friday the 19th, we will hit the town after practice! It’s not all running and sweating, we have a lot of socials throughout the year and we want to give you a little taste of it!
