On Fridays 6th, 13th and 20th of March 2020, the Rotterdam Jaguars will organize open practices for everyone who wants to try out Lacrosse! Practices for women will be from 18:15-20:00, and for the men from 19.45 – 22.15, but make sure you are at the fields a bit earlier to register and get a stick! Don’t forget to bring a mouthguard. You can buy one at any sports shop (+/- 4 euro).
